About WFA
We work closely with well-established Property Management Companies in the above areas - providing all the electrical and safety services necessary for the care and upkeep of communal areas within residential buildings. We have been doing this successfully for 20 years with our sister company Allport Electrical & Fire Security.
Wireless Fire Alarms
We supply and install wireless fire alarm systems, the preferred choice for London's multiple occupancy buildings. Our systems are easy to install without causing damage and can be adjusted to meet all fire risk assessment categories, from Grade A LD-2 to Grade A L5 for temporary mitigation of defective cladding risks. NICEIC Fully Approved.
Fire Extinguishers
We install, commission, and service fire extinguishers. FPA (Fire Protection Association) BAFE certified.
Fire Door Inspection
We provide regular fire door inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and safety of occupants. Fire doors are a crucial component of a building's fire safety strategy. Our technicians are trained by the FPA (Fire Protection Association) College and ABBE accredited.
Emergency Lighting
We carry out emergency lighting servicing, maintenance, installation and testing. Testing and inspection of emergency lighting systems is done in accordance with the requirements of BS 5266. NICEIC Fully Approved.
